Shipping & Returns
We offer free USPS priority ground shipping for all orders. When placing an order, please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly including your apartment number if applicable. For higher value items, a signature may be required upon receipt. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after you have provided a payment and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Your item will be shipped within one business day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from the time of your purchase. If payment is received before 1PM EST your item will ship the same day.
MaxBack offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with our product you may return the item to us for a full refund to the payment method used at the time of the original transaction.
- The item must be the same item as received. Verification of serial numbers will be used to determine the identity of the product.
- The item must be in the same condition as received. Damage caused by the buyer is not covered under this policy.
- No more than 30 days have passed since receiving the product.
- If the item was defective or incorrect, MaxBack will pay the return shipping. For all other return reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
- Credit will be issued upon return receipt of the item.
