MaxBack offers a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty period begins at delivery of the device based on the tracking information. The warranty covers labor and parts to fix any mechanical malfunctions. In the event the device cannot be repaired, MaxBack will provide a replacement of the same model. If a replacement isn't available, MaxBack will offer a full refund.

The warranty does not cover: shipping; accidental damage or damages resulting from abuse; normal wear and tear; malfunctions or slowness resulting from software updates.

For warranty coverage, the serial number must match and not be defaced. Jailbroken phones or devices that have been opened or had repairs attempted are not covered.
